Montreal-based duo dead language make their HNHH debut with “You’onno Me.”
We like to share new artists with you guys quite frequently, and a lot of the time that happens on the weekend when there just isn’t as much happening on these interwebs (and we gotta make sure you guys stay fed). This weekend we’re introducing you to the duo dead language, consisting of rapper Ana Log and producer who goes by Snkr Thief (probably not someone to leave shoes around, I’d imagine).
For their debut on HNHH we’re sharing the only record they have out, ha, “You’onno Me.” For those who abide by the policy #nonewfriends, or simply don’t like interacting with people, ’cause really who does, this song’s for you. Starting out rather sober, it quickly evolves into something much more in-your-face, with Ana Log’s flow becoming more excited as the hook wears on. It’s also the kind of hook that creeps up on you — in an hour you’ll find it stuck in your head.
